Located about 8 km from Castellina in Chianti, in a high and isolated position, it can be reached via three km of dirt road, a farmhouse with two detached outbuildings for a total of 650 m2 surrounded by 7 hectares, partly arable land and the rest woodland. The main building and the two annexes are on two levels, currently planned to be divided into 8 apartments, renovated in the rough with stone facades and interiors with exposed beams, arches and bricks, all maintaining the typical features of Chianti and Tuscany.
